Help with Due
Start with the trial guide, or use the checks below.
A reminder has not arrived
- Check the plan has a reminder recipient and the address is correct.
- Check the due date. Reminders run at 30 days before, 7 days before, on the due date, then every 7 days overdue — not every day.
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- During the current owner trial, only the approved owner’s inbox receives automatic emails. Reminder preview does not send mail.
The daily check is 8 am NZ standard time / 9 am daylight time. If a check is missed, an email for that past date is not automatically sent later.
The next due date looks wrong
Open the plan and check its repeat setting. From completion uses the actual completion date. From due date follows the planned schedule. When recording completion on a planned schedule, you can keep future planned dates, restart from completion, or record one historical occurrence. Read the next-date preview before saving.
My register looks empty
Check you signed in with the same account used to create the plans, and clear any search or filters. Separate accounts have separate workspaces. If a save failed, follow the on-screen retry instruction before creating the plan again.
Change email or password
Open Account settings and choose Manage email & security. Changing your sign-in email does not change recipients already saved on plans; review them in Account settings. Staff invitations are not available yet.
Ask for help
If you can sign in, use Give feedback. Select a problem, describe what happened and choose Yes, by email if you want a reply. Reports are reviewed manually; there is no guaranteed response time or automatic alert from this form yet.
Due’s trial operator is Robert Hamilton. For support or privacy enquiries, including if you cannot sign in, email Man_lvl_o2@hotmail.com.
Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or sensitive records. Keep another way to track important deadlines during the trial.
Access, correction or removal requests
You can edit plan details in Due. For a copy of your information, a correction you cannot make, or a request to remove trial data, contact the trial organiser or submit feedback with a reply email. Identity may need to be checked before records are released or changed. There is no self-service workspace deletion yet; deleting a sign-in account does not itself erase the workspace.
